Made from Chardonnay, Savagnin, Poulsard and Pinot in Montigny les Arsures and the Vernois. Hand harvested with a direct whole-bunch press. Racking in February, second fermentation in bottle and the bottles are stored on slats for 40 months. Pretty pale colors, slight green reflections and very fine bubbles.
